As an IFZC graduate, you know firsthand the transformation that happens here. Each year, we invite select alumni to return—either as mentors guiding small groups, or as alumni leaders contributing to our community—so together, we can help new students grow, thrive, and succeed.

Which Role is Right for You?

Mentor

  • Primary Focus: Ongoing guidance and accountability for a small student group
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Liaison for a small group (3-4) of students
    • Lead 5 remote study groups (every other month)
    • Engage in weekly discussions, encouragement, and insights
    • Contribute 1 monthly research article
    • Attend mentor calls
  • Time Commitment: Weekly touch points + bi-monthly study groups
  • Perks: Full tuition waived in gratitude for your service, mentor recognition, close access to Amber
  • Perfect For: Graduates who want to guide others through the full journey

Alumni Leader

  • Primary Focus: Community contribution and peer support
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead 2 study groups (spread throughout the course)
    • Participate weekly in the Facebook group
    • Contribute 1 monthly research article
  • Time Commitment: Monthly contributions + 2 study groups
  • Perks: Discounted tuition of $4500, alumni recognition
  • Perfect For: Graduates who want to continue growing and giving back, without the demands of a weekly role
